Psychotherapy is a valuable process of self-discovery and changing course when things no longer seem to be working. When the patterns and coping styles we develop earlier in life are no longer serving us or life experiences challenge our ability to effectively navigate the world, we often need a guide to help us get a different perspective and increase creativity thinking of the issues at hand.
I work with adults and teens individually, providing therapy services for most emotional concerns and traumas that generally occur, often unexpectedly, and disrupt our daily lives and sense of well-being. I have a particular specialization in relationship therapy, helping individuals to resolve their past and present relationship difficulties.
The sliding scale for individual therapy is $120-210 dollars per hour.
